Clayton of Belgium produces a series of superheated steam generators based on the same proven design as the standard saturated steam generators, but with an integrated superheating section in the spiral coil. Alternatively, the standard saturated steam generator can be combined with an external gas-fired or electric superheater. The series is offered both as medium-pressure and high-pressure steam boilers.
Clayton’s superheated steam generators deliver superheated steam for a range of industrial applications, including as auxiliary boilers in power plants or where superheated steam is required. The rapid startup makes them ideal as startup boilers for gland sealing in combined cycle power plants. Since superheated steam generators are fundamentally based on the same construction as saturated steam units, they achieve the same advantages.

SD-Teknik is the only official distributor of Clayton's steam generators, economizers, and boiler room accessories in Denmark including Greenland and the Faroe Islands, Norway as well as in the maritime market.

Since October 20, 1930, Clayton Industries has established a worldwide reputation as a leading manufacturer of steam production equipment for industrial processes – both fired boilers and unfired heat exchangers.
