

Clayton’s container systems are complete, autonomous steam systems that can be quickly connected at the installation site and easily moved again as needed. Due to their compact size, the Clayton steam generator can be installed in limited spaces along with all necessary boiler house equipment. The result is an accessible and compact steam system that retains all the benefits of Clayton technology and is safe to operate. The steam generator, as well as accessories such as hotwell tank, water softener, blowdown tank, dosing system, valves, control, instrumentation, piping, and electrical installations, are installed and checked by our specialists. All installed equipment is of the highest quality. The containers are robust industrial units, customized with openings, floors, fittings, and doors according to the application. The exterior is sandblasted and surface-treated with an epoxy paint system in the customer’s desired color. Clayton’s containerized steam systems can be delivered from 100 kW to over 10 MW. Typical container sizes range from 10 to 40 ft.
